Nose: Light citrus notes, peppered spice and vanilla undertones. Taste: Earthy fruits, butterscotch & vanilla sweetness from the bourbon casks, white pepper followed by an oak woodiness. Finish: Sweet, spice, oak, with lingering ripe fruits. ABV: 42%
