Germany, Weimar Republic A Freikorps Werwolf Armband Hold destroyed buildings(Freikorps Armband). A rare Freikorps Werwolf armband, constructed of black wool, the exterior bearing a central black cotton disc overlaid by a white Totenkopf, above a letter W, within a machine embroidered white border, with a central red cotton twill ribbon through the centre, the latter bearing two machine embroidered black Wolfsangel runes, unmarked, measuring 196 mm (l) x 75 mm (h), an exceptional example in extremely fine condition.
